Ink is applied directly onto the fabric surface through a prepared mesh screen – each colour in the design has its own screen and printing is done layer by layer. What is the minimum order quantity for screen printing?
The minimum order for direct screen printing is 30 pieces per design. This is due to the cost of preparing the print screens, which is not economical for smaller quantities. For smaller runs we recommend DTF printing.
How long does production take?
Standard delivery time is up to 10 working days from artwork approval and payment. We typically dispatch within 5 working days. Express production available on request.
How much does custom t-shirt printing cost?
The price depends on quantity, number of colours and textile type. As a guide: single-colour print on 100 t-shirts costs approx. €1.40 / pc (print work only). For an exact quote send us a non-binding enquiry.
What materials can be screen printed?
Screen printing is ideal for cotton t-shirts, hoodies, polyester jerseys, workwear and fabric tote bags. We print on cotton, polyester and blended fabrics.
Is screen printing wash-resistant?
Yes! Direct screen printing is one of the most durable textile printing methods. The print won't peel, fade or crack and withstands dozens of wash cycles. We recommend washing inside out at max. 40 °C.
Can you supply the garments or do I need to provide my own?
Both options are available! We can supply garments from our catalogues (Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Stanley/Stella and others) or print on your own items.
What file format do you need for the artwork?
Ideally vector format (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). We also accept raster graphics at a minimum of 300 DPI. Just send us what you have – we are happy to advise.
Can you print with special inks (metallic, neon, reflective)?
Yes! Special effects are one of the biggest advantages of screen printing. We offer printing with metallic, neon and reflective inks as well as HD raised print.
Do you ship internationally?
