Personal data protection

You hereby grant your consent to JIMI PRINT s.r.o., with registered office at Kubelíkova 1224/42, Žižkov, 13000 Prague 3, ID: 24251569, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") to process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR):

 

name and surname

name of the company, registration number, VAT number

e-mail

telephone number

address / delivery address

 

1. The name, surname, company name, telephone number, e-mail and address must be processed for the purpose of delivery of the ordered goods and the issue of the tax invoice. These data will be processed by the controller for the period of time necessary, i.e. for the period of necessary archiving of tax documents as required by the laws of the Czech Republic.
   
   
2. You give your express consent to the above processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the contact details of the company.
   
   
3. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, however, the following processors may also process personal data for the Administrator:
   a. Software provider, web hosting provider, accounting firm.
   b. Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the company.
   
   
4. Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
   - withdraw your consent at any time
   - to ask us to tell you what personal data we process about you
   - ask us for an explanation about the processing of your personal data
   - request access to this data and have it updated or corrected
   - ask us to erase that personal data
   - contact us or the Data Protection Authority if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations
