Classic plastisol transfer
- used for indirect printing on textiles and other materials when direct printing on textiles is not effective. This is a screen-printing technology, where the ink is printed on special paper or film, covered with hot glue and then dried at a high temperature. The print can be applied immediately or stored in a dry environment for later use. This technology can handle both fine and large-scale motifs, or single- and multi-colour logos. It is suitable for printing on all textiles, whether cotton, blended fabric or nylon.
Plastisol transfer with a transparent or grey block
- this technology is used to prevent possible sublimation of the ink from the textile into the printed motif and to improve the quality of the product where thin lines need printing.
DTF transfer
- just like digital printing, this enables the printing of full-size motifs of all kinds. Pigment inks in CMYK colours are used, which are covered with an opaque white ink and then a hot melt polyurethane adhesive for high elasticity.
Reflective transfer, silver or colour
- reflective transfer is a combination of special film and screen printing. The motif is screen-printed on a reflective film with a highly abrasive coating to increase visibility at night or in low-light conditions. The reflective material reflects light shining directly onto it and is used as a reflective element on clothing or tape.
Neon transfer
- used as a plastisol transfer and can be printed on both paper and transparencies. This is offered in seven different colours.
Labels and patches
- we can produce to your design and in your desired colours, with fine detail and at high quality and precisely to your needs and requirements. Even the smallest details and arbitrary contours in shape and type are possible.
