Plastisol Transfer
Plastisol transfers are produced using classic screen printing technology, where the ink is printed on special paper or foil, glue is applied to the ink and everything is dried at a high temperature. Plastisol transfer prepared in this way can be applied immediately or stored for later use. It is used for indirect printing on textiles and other materials where direct printing is not effective.
The application of transfers is carried out using a hot and pressure press. The main advantages of these transfers include very good color coverage, color stability, the possibility of all shades of Pantone colors, high durability and resistance to washing. It can be applied to almost all textiles.
The data for printing must be traced. Please make sure that all letters are in curves. Acceptable print formats are PDF, *.cdr, *.ai, *.eps.
If you have one of the colors in the graphic white, please use the color background in a color that is not in the graphic so that we can see exactly where the white color should be.
Please also send the data in *.jpg format for each order as a preview to check the correctness of the data display in print formats.
