DTF transfers are printed with pigment printing inks in CMYK colors and are printed with white pigment ink on a water basis, polyurethane glue is then applied to the print, which provides the transfers with flexibility and softness of the motif.
The application of transfers is carried out using a hot and pressure press. These transfers are characterized by high print quality, color stability and abrasion resistance.
In environments with low ambient humidity, at room temperature and without exposure to direct sunlight.
The minimum recommended font thickness is 1-2 mm.Fine lines/dots below 1 mm may not be printed.
Files must always be displayed without a background - NOT MIRRORED!
Larger files for printing should ideally be sent within 5 linear meters to maintain print quality.
PDF or tiff file format.
