If you use our standard delivery time and normal delivery, your transfers will usually arrive within 5 working days. During periods of high demand, our capacity may be limited, so if you are in a hurry on your order, we recommend checking exact delivery times.

Our transfer technologies are perfect for application on cotton, but are also great for materials such as softshell, nylon, polyester and various blended fabrics. In fact, they can be used on any surface that can handle the required temperature and pressure during the ironing process - even wood. To determine the suitability of transfers for less common materials, we recommend running tests using our samples.

You can wash our transfers at temperatures up to 40 °C.

For optimal preservation of our transfers, it is crucial to place them in a place with low humidity, maintained room temperature and protected from direct sunlight.

Our trusted delivery partners are GLS, UPS, DPD, WEDO. You can check the status of your shipment at any time on their websites. Log in to the "MY ACCOUNT" section of our website and select "ORDERS". If your order has been shipped, you will see your shipment number. Click on this number to easily find out the current location of your order and the expected delivery date. You also have the option to pick up your shipment in person at Hlavní 54 , 330 26 Tlučná.

Of course, in our system you can choose not only from black, white, silver and gold, but also from Pantone colors according to the Pantone Solid Coated sampler, marked as C.

For plastisol transfer, all data must be supplied in vector form. Make sure that all letters are converted to curves. Ideally, you should send us a print PDF with the converted curves, i.e. in pdf/X- format. Graphics created in CorelDraw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) are accepted just as well. Please also include a *.jpg file with each order as a preview so that we can check what the final print should look like. This preview helps us verify that the vectors have remained correctly converted into our program.

For thin lines, we guarantee a thickness from 0.7 mm. We do not accept complaints about lines below this limit. For digital printing, we recommend using raster data, but they must be saved in *.tiff format and in high resolution. We accept the JPG format only as a preview, not for printing. If your graphic contains white, we ask you to use a colored background that is not otherwise contained in the graphic so that we can accurately identify its location.

Our paints are completely opaque and do not need to be underlaid with another layer, with the exception of neon shades PNT 801-809. The blocking layer – transparent – serves as additional protection that prevents damage to the colours by material properties. Since even branded textiles can be made of artificial and lower quality materials, we are not always sure about the composition of the garment. Therefore, we recommend testing transfers with a specific fabric to see if a blocker is necessary. We have samples available for this purpose. It is possible that the chemical reaction will only take effect after the first wash, when aggressive substances are released from the textiles. Therefore, in addition to ironing, we also recommend washing tests. In most cases, a blocker is not necessary, but the final decision is yours, based on the test results and your experience with the substance. In extreme situations, chemicals can also penetrate through the blocker. Unfortunately, due to the quality of the textile, we cannot completely influence this, and therefore we cannot guarantee that the blocker will always prevent the colors from seeping into the transfer.

Despite all our efforts, typographical errors can occasionally occur. To minimize this risk, please send us professionally prepared vector data files (ideally in pdf/X format, with all fonts converted to curves or paths, or in *.cdr / *.ai format) in the appropriate quality. Attach a preview in *.jpg format to this data for comparison with the print data. In most cases, we can identify errors and ask you for new documents. But sometimes it happens that we miss something. Should you have a complaint, please feel free to contact us by email and attach a photo of the error for our assessment. If the error is on our side, send the defective transfers back to us and we will print new ones for you. However, it is important to know that the problem is not always with us. We print in the quality in which the data was delivered to us. If you insist on printing at a lower resolution, the responsibility is yours. If the graphics are at a poor resolution and we notify you, complaints about the resolution will not be accepted.

We prefer payment in advance. After placing your order, you can pay immediately by card via the GoPay payment gateway, or you can use a bank transfer to our account. In the case of a bank transfer, we will wait for the payment to be received. If you have any doubts about the choice or want to modify your order, choose to pay in advance and don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to discuss the details with you before the actual payment. If you pay by bank transfer, please send us a payment receipt to speed up the process of processing your order. Be sure to include your order number for easier identification.

We can print not only on transfer paper, but also on transfer foil. However, working with the foil is much more comfortable, because after ironing, the print can be removed immediately and thanks to the translucent foil, you can see exactly where you are putting the motif on the textile. This makes the whole process significantly faster.
