Complaints

Unless the terms and conditions state otherwise regarding the method of complaint, a complaint can only be made via the complaint form available on this page.

 

Claims do not apply to situations where the customer has not followed the instructions regarding the print data. This applies in particular to printed matter with colours that were not specified in the order. Minor colour variations are not considered a defect, and this also applies to differences in colours compared to a previous order printed by the same supplier.
